Where are Adapt Solutions' products manufacturered?

All Adapt Solutions products are proudly built in Canada. Our facility is located just outside beautiful historic Québec City.

Which product is best for me?

At Adapt Solutions, our goal is your freedom. We strongly suggest you work closely with one of our authorized dealers to determine what will work best for you. They will be able to guide you to the best mobility equipment for your needs.

Can I install a LINK in any vehicle?

The LINK is vehicle specific and does fit in a wide range of applications. Please view our current list of LINK applications to see if we have an application for your choice of vehicle.

Can I install an XL-SEAT or ASENTO in any vehicle?

The XL-SEAT or ASENTO are vehicle specific and do fit in a wide range of applications. Please view our current list of XL-SEAT/ASENTO applications to see if we have an application for your choice of vehicle.

Why can the SPEEDY-LIFT only be installed into minivans?

The SPEEDY-LIFT was designed specifically to fit in a vehicle equipped with a side sliding door.

Once my product is ordered, how long will it take to arrive?

Our promise is to process orders within 72 hours from the time we received the completed order.

How much will it cost?

All sales must go through one of our authorized dealers. Please contact one of our dealers for pricing. Please use our dealer location tool to find an approved dealer in your area.

Can I move my product from one vehicle to another?

If you are moving it to the same make and model vehicle, no problem. If you are changing make and models you will need to, at least, purchase a new installation kit. In some cases, we will not be able to transfer the equipment from one vehicle to another. To verify compatibility please contact one of our authorized dealers.

Installation

Can I buy directly from you and have a friend install my Adapt Solutions product?

Adapt Solutions dealers have received training to ensure your product is installed properly and operates safely. All Adapt Solutions products are sold, installed and serviced by authorized dealers only. We would be happy to help you find an authorized dealer near you.

Will the installation damage my vehicle?

All of our equipment bolts into the vehicle’s original bolt holes without structural modification. In some cases, the install will require minor aesthetic modifications to components such shrouds or trims. Replacement parts can be purchased from your local automotive dealer.

Will I be able to return my vehicle to its original state, to be able to sell it?

Yes, all installations are completely reversible. Make sure you hold onto all your original (OEM) components that were not used in the installation and your mobility equipment installer will be able to return your vehicle to its original condition.

Maintenance & warranty

What is the warranty on Adapt Solutions’ products?

All of our products carry a 3-year limited warranty. We will cover labor at a fixed rate to change defective parts during the first year of the warranty and offer coverage on parts for the full three years.

How do I get warranty parts?

We recommend returning to the mobility equipment dealer who installed your equipment for service and repairs. They will be able to properly diagnose what is causing the issue and communicate directly with us to order the parts needed for the repair.
